Advocare 24 Day Challenge Results

A month ago I started the 24 Day Advocare Challenge. I posted a blog post about the journey I was embarking on right before I started. The challenge is a mix of diet and supplements. Of course you should workout as well, as you would with any healthy living journey. 

Here's my thoughts on the challenge. . .I loved it! Although I didn't lose a lot of weight I got great results. The supplements really helped with my bloating, but my favorite aspect was the meal plan. It really taught me how I should be eating, how many times a day, how often, and what food groups I need to be incorporating into each meal. Even after the challenge I am still trying to follow it.

If you are looking for a challenge to jumpstart a healthy lifestyle then this is the challenge for you. It's not a cleanse, or fad diet, or quick fix, its a program to teach you how to live a healthy lifestyle through your diet.

I wrote a previous post (link here) where I go into detail about specifics of the challenge. This was just a follow up post. I have recently started a strict workout regimen and will take you all along my fitness/lifestyle journey (photo progress and all). I hope you will join me in learning how to live an overall healthier lifestyle. We only get one body so we need to treat it right, inside and out.
