No Excuses

Almost 2 weeks ago I started the Advocare 24 Day Challenege (click here to read that blog post). I decided to take control of my body, how I feel, and what I choose to put into my body. At the end of the day we only get one body so we might as well treat it with the up-most respect.

Along with the healthy nutrition plan I am on with the challenge as well as all of the supplements I have to take, it is important to apply some sort of exercise regimen. Lets be real, we can't ALWAYS go to the gym. Between busy schedules, work, school, cocktail hours, traveling, and side hustles us millennials are BOOKED. While it is great to be able to go to the gym we don't always have access to one. So, in this post I am going to share my favorite, effective at home workouts. I like to chose a couple of shorter workouts and do 3-4 sets of each or pick a 30+ minute workout to do.

There is no excuse NOT to workout. Stay active, stay focused, eat clean and train dirty, and remember that progress is a slow process.
